BeMore Staffing is Hiring a Make Ready/Porter Near Salisbury, NC
IMMEDIATE HIRE make ready /porter to work temp/temp to temp to perm at an apartment community in Salisbury, NC. Experienced, qualified candidates will have punch list and make ready apartment experience.
Custodial and general cleaning experience for inside and outside grounds., some construction, and light plumbing, electrical a plus.
Responsibilities of the Apartment Maintenance Technician
- Perform basic appliance repair, carpentry, masonry and painting
- cleaning and picking up inside community units as well as picking up around the outside grounds.
- Provide excellent customer service to client, residents and other staff members
- Respond to resident service requests in an accurate and timely manner
- Make ready units for new move-ins
- Complete grounds work such as: grounds pick up, sweeping and light landscaping
- Coordinate special projects as directed
Requirements of the Make Ready Tech/ Porter
- A minimum of 6 months make ready, work orders, groundskeeping at an apartment community or the like
- Valid Driver's License a MUST
- Pass a Background Check
- Reliable Transportation
- Have the necessary basic tools to effectively complete tasks outlined above
Job Type: Full-time/ Temp/temp to perm
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
